Junior Creative Strategist
We are looking for someone who makes things and wants those things seen by millions of people. Many players arrive through a social media post, an ad, a discord, or a friend, and someone has to decide what that ad, image, video, or post is. We would like that someone to be you, starting now rather than in five years.
This is a creative job with a scoreboard. You will make and brief ads for our games, put them live on Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, and find out within days whether they worked. Very few creative jobs tell you that fast whether you were right.
What you will do
- Concept, brief, and produce ad creative for our games: video, playables, statics, and UGC style content.
- Edit and iterate quickly. Most of our winning ads started as a rough cut made in an afternoon.
- Put creatives live on Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Unity, read the results, and decide what to make next.
- Work with our creator partners, create new partnerships, and create your own custom tools and workflows.
- Run our social presence across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Discord, and build an audience rather than a posting schedule.
- Use AI tools to get from an idea to a testable ad in hours instead of weeks.
- Keep a written record of which hooks work per game, so the team stops relearning the same lessons.
What we are looking for
- 0 to 2 years of experience. We want to see the work, not the CV.
- A portfolio, a channel, an account, or a folder of edits. Something you made because you wanted to.
- You can edit video competently in CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
- You understand why one video holds attention for three seconds and another does not, and you can say it out loud.
- You play mobile games, or you are ready to start playing a lot of them immediately.
- You are comfortable being measured. Some of your best ideas will lose to a worse looking ad, and you will want to know why.
- You are in Berlin or ready to move here. We work from the office together.
Nice to have
- You grew an account yourself. Tell us the numbers, whatever they are.
- Motion graphics, Figma, Photoshop, or any 3D.
- Hands-on time in Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager.
- AI image and video tools, and an opinion about which ones are actually useful.
- You are comfortable on camera.
