He led user acquisition and growth initiatives at leading studios including driving measurable success across hybrid-casual and casual mobile gaming portfolios. At Gryphon Games, he leads the charge on growth, blending data analytics, creativity, and strategy to turn strong games into global hits played by millions of players.

With over 20 years of experience in the games industry, Jevgenijs has held key product management and ownership roles at leading studios including Wooga, Zynga, and Game Insight. He brings deep expertise in game design, live operations, and player engagement, combining creative vision with a data-informed approach to build successful, long-lasting products.
