GROWTH MANAGER

We are looking for a Growth Manager to work directly alongside our founder on everything that moves the needle on growth: user acquisition, creatives, and the data behind every decision. You will learn and share your expertise about scaling games profitably, and quickly take ownership of games yourself.

We work in-office, Monday-Friday, as a small team, communication is at the core of our success.
 

This is a hands-on, full-stack growth role. You will live in the numbers (BigQuery, Looker, Singular), spend real money daily across UA channels, and handle creative production to keep a steady pipeline of new ad concepts in market. If you love mobile games, obsess over ROAS and retention curves, and want to learn the mobile gaming business from the inside, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and other channels, managing daily budgets of 10K and up.

  • Own the full creative loop: brief, launch, and read new ad creatives, kill losers fast, and double down on winners.

  • Dig into performance data daily in BigQuery, Looker, and Singular (or another MMP) to find what is working, what is not, and where the next dollar should go.

  • Track and report on the metrics that matter (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, payback) and turn them into clear decisions.

  • Work side by side with the founder on growth strategy, then take campaigns and channels off their plate and run them independently.

  • Partner with creative and product teams to feed the creative pipeline and close the loop between data and what we make next.

  • Spot opportunities across new games, new geos, and new channels, and move quickly to test them.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or growth-related roles

  • Proven experience managing significant paid marketing budgets (10K per day or more) on mobile UA channels

  • Strong analytics skills, hands-on with BigQuery, Looker, and MMPs like Singular

  • Direct experience managing and launching ad creatives at scale, and a sharp eye for what makes a creative win

  • Mobile games industry experience is a must. You understand F2P economics, LTV, and how UA, monetization, and retention fit together

  • Self-starter who thrives in a small team, moves fast, and wants to grow into broader ownership.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and content creation skills

  • Experience using creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NanoBanana, CapCut, etc.) is a plus

  • Passion for mobile and casual games
